What is configurable today and what still lives in env vars
Settings
Current local-first build does not expose full in-app settings screens.
What you can manage today:
- SQLite path and attachment root through environment variables
- owner setup through
/setup - owner sign-in through
/sign-in - API tokens through authenticated API endpoints
Storage remains fixed to SQLite plus local filesystem. Backend switching is not available.
